Q: What are your credentials?

A: I received my M.S. from New York University and am currently pursuing my second M.S. in Clinical Social Work, also at NYU. Additionally, I received a coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Training Program. I've received hundreds of hours of clinical supervision and additional training through NYU.

During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center, and many other leading researchers.

The field of personal development is constantly evolving. Clients I work with have the benefit of a  coach who has the most recent research and comprehensive training in emotional wellbeing.

Drawing on these skills, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
